Morning Light: Sunrise at Innisfree | COMMUNITY DAY + New York State Path Through History Weekend

October 9, 2023, 6:00 AM — 10:00 AM

As part of our fall Community Day festivities, Innisfree will open an hour before sunrise so visitors can experience golden light dramatically flooding the garden, making everything and everyone look even more beautiful. As morning mist clears, fall colors will be doubled in reflections on the lake. BEST. DATE. EVER. Equally great as a solo adventure or one with family and friends. Come early with your camera, easel, or birding binoculars. Bring a picnic breakfast or lunch. Tuck in a novel and stay all day.

Advance registration is REQUIRED for this special early morning access. These tickets include exclusive garden access before 10am, and general access until 5pm. Innisfree will open rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another date.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Northeast Dutchess Fund of the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation for our Community Day, we can offer discounted special programs (like this one) and FREE regular garden admission to residents of these Northeast Dutchess County communities:

Clinton Corners
Dover Plains
North East
Pine Plains
and their hamlets.

To take advantage of this special opportunity, our neighbors must present proof of residency upon arrival. Advance registration is strongly suggested as this date may sell out. Innisfree is open rain or shine. Tickets are not refundable & cannot be exchanged for a different date.

This program is offered in conjunction with New York State’s Path Through History Weekend.
